These Companies Test on Animals

A nice reference, I thought. You can always search by company and product at NAVS (National Anti-Vivisection Society) if you are unsure about something. I take the easy route and buy all my body care stuff at Whole Foods. No products sold in their Whole Body department have ever been tested on animals. And no, I don’t smell like patchouli. Once your body adjusts a bit, the natural alternatives are every bit as effective as their conventional chemical-laden counterparts. I actually think I have found superior products after experimenting a bit. What has been your experience while transitioning into cruelty-free cosmetics, deodorants, or whatever?

I really love lush – nothing is tested on animals and it’s all vegetarian (mostly vegan). there’s a new location in cherry creek.
for hair care I use Ion (they’re new stuff says “100% vegan on the front of the bottle).
